1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the joja9 platform and all services provided through it. By accessing joja9 via the website, mobile version or any other channel, or by completing registration, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

3 Account Registration

4 Account Verification

joja9 follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to prevent fraud and money laundering. Documents may be requested for identity verification before processing a withdrawal request or in any other situation where it is required.

Acceptable identity documents:

• National ID Card (NID) — both sides
• Valid passport
• Driving licence

A utility bill, bank statement or government letter is acceptable for address verification. After documents are submitted, the joja9 team will complete the verification. Withdrawals may be temporarily on hold until verification is complete.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

joja9 currently processes transactions through Bangladesh's most popular mobile financial services. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. (Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.)

Deposit and withdrawal rules:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (per method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500

6 Bonuses & Promotions

General terms for the welcome bonus:

• 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, total balance ৳2,200
• Example: deposit ৳14,000 and receive the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, total balance ৳22,000
• Wagering requirement: 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not on deposit + bonus)
• Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 in bets placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn

General bonus rules:

• A user may claim each bonus only once
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the account will be investigated
• Using bonuses in coordinated bets or through fraudulent strategies is prohibited
• joja9 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus offer

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

Every user must follow the rules below when placing bets at joja9:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, though a cash-out option may be available in certain specific situations.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the affected bet will be considered void.
• If a dispute arises over the outcome of any event, joja9's decision will be final.
• Specific markets and events in sports betting have their own rules, which are stated on the relevant market page.

• Knowingly exploiting technical errors on the platform

9 Account Suspension & Closure

joja9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• If the information provided is found to be false or incomplete
• Failure to pass age verification or non-cooperation with the verification process
• If suspicious or fraudulent transactions are observed on the account
• If the account holder themselves requests self-exclusion

Users may also contact the support team at any time to request closure of their own account. The opportunity to withdraw any available balance (where applicable conditions have been met) will be provided before the account is closed.
